We have been talking a lot about thinking a certain way and being mindful. That is the only thing, honestly, you need to take seriously because they dictate and shape your outer reality.
We admit, it is way easier said than done but that is the price you have to pay if you want to change your life for the better.
A lot of times, being careful about what you think is called a “mental diet”. We believe it is just mindfulness.
Mindfulness is not just about being positive. It is also to know when to be indifferent, when to say “no, this does not deserve any of my energy” and walk away, when to put your foot down, and most importantly, to be kind.
We have been conditioned to think a certain way, act a certain way, and live a certain way.
The first immediate thought you have is the one you have been conditioned to have. The second thought is the one in alignment with the kind of person you are becoming or want to become.
In the past, I would see someone dressed a certain way or behaving a certain way and my thought would be not so nice, judgemental even. But my second thought would be “This is not the kind of person I am” and I would go ahead and come up with a genuine compliment for that person, at least in my mind, if I was too shy to say it to them directly.
Now let us talk about mental diet for manifestation.

You should have a few affirmations for every area of your life. We talked about manifesting multiple goals at the same time in another post. Check it out here if you haven’t already.
Every time you think about that certain area of life, be it your career, love life, family, friends, relationship with your own self, or anything at all, try to use those affirmations as much as possible. It will seem like a lot of work. But this work is not to make the Law of attraction work, it is already working. This hard work is also not for manifestation to work, you are always, manifesting. This diet is for you to consciously manifest the reality that you want.
Once you recondition yourself be mindful. Conscious manifestation will be easy as well.
So, notice your first thought, if it is not in alignment with what you want, repeat your affirmations. If it is in alignment with your desires then go to town with it.
You know what, let us make this a 21 days challenge.
Start your day with a positive thought for the day like “today is going to be a great day.” Along with the intention of staying on your mental diet.
Rules are:
1. Catch yourself on the first thought you have about anyone or any incident.
2. If it is a not-so-favourable or high-vibrational thought, counter that with a positive and high-vibrational statement with a deep breath.
