Today’s post will be about small hacks which will fix the most common mistakes people make while visualising their desires. Personally, these hacks work every single time.
1. Breathing:
The most common mistake people do is they do not pay attention to calming their minds and get straight to visualisation.
Your mind has thousands of thoughts going on at any given point in time. This is why a lot of people can't even focus on what they are visualising and which is why a lot of guided meditations start with deep breaths.
So count down from 10 to 1, then take 3 to 5 deep breaths, 4 counts in, 8 counts out. Breathe normally for a couple more seconds before finally starting the visualisation.
2. Time and identifying with the visualisation:
Another mistake a lot of people make is that even though they say they are feeling it is happening right now, they actually aren’t. They still are thinking that this is how they would feel when it happens. They haven’t identified it happening right now. They still think it is the future.
So the solution is to visualise as if whatever happened a few minutes ago. You have just gotten the news that it has happened. You are a millionaire. You got the job. Your specific person wants to go on a vacation etc. Visualise it as if it has happened right now in whatever place you are in, in whatever clothes you are in.
3. Visualising a long story:
This is one of my personal observations that whenever I visualise something as a long story, it takes a bit longer to manifest (for the lack of a better explanation)
I saw results faster when I created a short scene of what I wanted and kept repeating it on a loop in my mind.
